The Water Element Meditation download balances the Kidney and Bladder Meridians, while releasing fear and developing will. The water element corresponds with winter season, however, the meditations can be done at anytime.  It consists of two Mp3 downloaded meditations (approx. 30 minutes each), one for the Kidney meridian/organ and the other for the Bladder. This is 1 of the 5 Meditations from my East Asian Medicine Series for Wood-Fire-Earth-Metal-Water.
